GENERAL REQUIREMENT

1. Vaccinated minimum 2 doses, at least 14 days before date of departure. Vaccinated exemption for children under 12 years old traveling with fully vaccinated adults.

2. Pre – Departure negative RT-PCR result with sample taken maximum 2×24 hours before departure.

3. Mandatory to book On-Arrival Test (OAT) RT-PCR including children with price SGD 30.00/pax (included upon booking). Travelers have to self-isolate while waiting for the result, and are free to resume their itinerary if they receive a negative result.

4. For Day-3 RT-PCR test after arrival in Bintan Resorts (result within 24 hours), please book an appointment.

5. Download Peduli Lindungi apps. Fill up e-HAC through Peduli Lindungi apps and submit until a QR Code is received. Utilize Peduli Lindungi apps for activities in Bintan.

 

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

FOREIGNERS (WNA)

1. Singapore Citizens are given free visa for 14 days.

2. For other nationalities need to apply an online visa (https://visa-online.imigrasi.go.id/index.html).

3. Required to show confirmation of tour package in Bintan.

4. Required to have health insurance with COVID-19 treatment and evacuation coverage of minimum SGD $20,000 (Click here to purchase your travel insurance) 

5. Required to self-isolate at their declare hotel while waiting for on-arrival RT-PCR test result (within 2 hours).

 

INDONESIAN CITIZENS (BINTAN DOMICILED)

1. Required to show KTP with Bintan address.

2. Allowed to self-isolate at home while waiting for OAT RT-PCR result.

 

INDONESIAN CITIZENS (NON - BINTAN DOMICILED)

1. Required to show confirmation of tour package in Bintan.

2. Required to self-isolate at quarantine dedicated hotel while waiting for OAT RT-PCR result.

 

PROCEDURE AFTER RECEIVING TEST RESULTS

1. If the guest is found positive with asymptomatic or mild symptoms, medical officer will give instruction that transfers the travellers to a dedicated isolation center (this service is chargeable).

2. If the guest is found positive with medium and severe symptoms, the medical officer will give instructions to get hospital cares and transfer to the designated local hospital (this service is chargeable).
