1. Can International Travelers go outside of Bintan Resorts?

Visitors can travel outside the Bintan Resorts area but still within Bintan Island after getting a negative OAT COVID-19 RT-PCR result.
2. Am I required to do an additional RT-PCR test before returning to Singapore?

You do not need to do an additional RT-PCR Test If you stay a maximum of 3 days 2 nights before returning to Singapore. You are only required to do an additional RT-PCR test when your stay is more than 3 days.
3. Am I required to do an additional RT-PCR test if I stay more than 3 days?

Yes. It is mandatory for you to do the RT-PCR test on day-3 if stay more than 3 days whenever you may be within Bintan island.
4. Where can I get the COVID-19 RT-PCR or Antigen Test service at Bintan Resorts?

For booking and reservation of RT-PCR (IDR 300.000/pax result within 24 hours) or ART (IDR 100.000/pax result within 15 mins) services in Bintan Resorts please contact us.

5. Is it possible for Domestic travelers from other Indonesia Regions to enter Bintan Resorts?

Domestic travelers can enter to Bintan Resorts with fully vaccinated and Booster. For those who had vaccinated dose 1 or not yet vaccinated (medical issues) must provide with COVID-19 negative letter either RT-PCR (3 x 24 hours) or ART (1 x 24 hours).
6. Can Indonesian Citizen who are domiciled in Bintan go directly to their homes after carrying out the on-arrival RT-PCR tests?

Can. Indonesian citizen who domiciled in Bintan Island can wait for the results of the RT-PCR examination at their place of residence but are not allowed to interact with other people before the results of the RT-PCR examination show negative results.
7. Can Domestic Residents travel to Singapore through the Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal?

Domestic Residents can travel to Singapore via Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal by following the provisions of Vaccinated Travel Lane by Sea in Singapore (https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/vtl-sea/overview).
